About the artist
Dexter Boldewijn is a 24 year old visual artist based in Utrecht. He makes colourful and experimental mixed media artwork that combines imagination, raw emotion, humor, and sexuality. As a trans man of colour his work often focusses on LGBTQ+ thematics. His inspiration is found in nightlife, friends, lovers and nostalgia.
