Performing arts and installation
Vinita Gatne (Mumbai, 1988) is an installation artist and performance designer. In her installations she explores chimerical landscapes in order to shift the settings of reality to dimensions of other seldomly visited worlds. Her recent works include set design for film by Wu Tsang titled ‘one emerging from a point of view’ and by Marwa Arsanios titled ‘micro resistances.’ She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Masters degree in Arts and is currently pursuing her Graduate degree in set design for theater and film from Tisch School of the Arts, New York.
